Orders $40 and up ship free throughout the continental USA. Otherwise, shipping is a flat $10 fee.
My pieces are often gifted, so pricing information is never included inside the package.
Complimentary personalized gift notes are available. Simply add your gift note when adding an item to the shopping cart, or use the order notes during checkout.
Another option is to mail your gift to your own name at your friend's address.
I strive to process orders received by 10 am EST Monday – Friday by the following day, so you get it ASAP.
Transit time from Lowell, MA is generally 1–6 days.
If anything arrives broken you are not liable for damages. Please notify me as soon as possible and save the packaging.
The packaging may be needed to file an insurance claim with the shipping service or for a possible return or claim.
You will receive a tracking number via email when your package ships. Check your spam folder if the email is missing.
I use 100% compostable paper packaging and wrapping. No plastic anywhere. I also use recycled corrugated boxes, paper gum tape, and recycled kraft paper for void fill.
This does not sacrifice the safety of your item. Please compost the boxes and void fill paper if possible. This is a sustainable product, through and through.
Product gift boxes are either branded by hand with a hot branding iron or hand stamped with ink, and can all be composted.

I am excited to offer free international shipping on orders over $400 to select countries. Eligible orders ship using standard international carriers, primarily USPS Priority Mail International.
Typically 6–10 business days to most European and North American destinations, and 7–14+ business days to Asia-Pacific and other regions.

Heavier or oversized products, which are common with stone pieces, may require additional shipping charges calculated at checkout.

You (the buyer/importer) are responsible for all import duties, VAT/GST, customs brokerage fees, handling charges, and other import-related costs required by your local customs authority.
These charges are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid separately when your shipment arrives or clears customs.
Import fees vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority based on product value, shipping cost, product classification, and local regulations.
Customs delays may occur while duties or taxes are being processed.
We recommend checking estimated import charges before placing your order using your country's customs website, local postal service, a customs broker, or an online duty calculator such as SimplyDuty.
Some shipments may require additional customs documentation or inspection.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items returned in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
