1. Start Your order

For personalized marking, order your product and add Engraving or Ink Marking

To use your own stone, begin with the Custom Stonecutting Part 1 in my Web Shop. (part two charges by time on those pieces)

2. Choose Your Rock

If you purchase Custom Stonecutting, Pick your rock(s) and what you want me to make. Email Office (at) AmericanStonecraft.com or text photos to (617) 401-7305 to confirm if the stone and products are a match.

3. Send Your Rock

I’ll send you a special double wall cardboard box either 10″x10″x10″ or 18″x14″x10″ box for your stone(s). Attach the included UPS shipping label & drop it off at any UPS Drop Spot or at my location in Massachusetts.

For large orders or furniture pieces, I can coordinate pallet (LTL) shipping.

4. I’ll Take it From there!

Expect me to be in touch once you place your order to confirm the rock you picked is right for your dreams.

Once your rock has been inspected, cut, and measured, I’ll confirm your specific options.

5. Custom Marking

Your order is then finished with the marking of your choice on the underside. Or a carved engraving.

The final payment is calculated based on the time I spend on the project multiplied by the hourly rate.

6. Your Finished Stones

I will now email an invoice for payment of the finished items.

Once paid, I’ll ship your custom pieces directly to you. Your initial fee covers all shipping.
