
1. Start Your order
Begin your order with payment of the Custom Sourcing Part 1 in our Web Shop.
All Custom Sourced orders involve a 2-stage payment process: the initial Custom Fee, and the cost of your finished piece(s).

2. Choose Your Rock
Pick your rock(s) and what you want us to make.Email Gerald (at) AmericanStonecraft.com or text photos to (978) 254-7625 to confirm if the stone and products are a match.

3. Send Your Rock
We’ll send you a sturdy 10″x10″x10″ or 18″x14″x10″ box for your stone(s). Attach the UPS shipping label & drop it off at any UPS Store. Or save $20+ (depends on your state) & drop it off at our location in Lowell, Mass.
For large-rocks we can also coordinate pallet (LTL) shipping.

4. We’ll Take it From there!
Expect us to be in touch once you place your order to confirm the rock you picked is right for you.
Once your rock has been inspected, cut, and measured, we’ll confirm your specific options.

5. Custom Inscription
Your order is then finished with a custom inscription of your choice on the underside.
The final payment can now be calculated based on the size and type of item(s) made.

6. Your Finished Stones
We will now email an invoice for payment of the finished items.
Once paid, we’ll ship your custom pieces directly to you. Your initial fee covers all shipping.
