We met Tim Friary from Cape Cod Organic Farm through our mutual customer Whole Foods Market in Hyannis, MA. We first visited in early spring, 2014. The roads to Cape Cod weren’t lined with traffic so we new it wasn’t summer yet. This is a beautiful farm. Tim originally started on a smaller plot of land in a different part of town. Had the new farmland not at a farm easement, this valuable plot would have likely been more valuable for house lots. Luckily, it is in productive use as an organic farm growing vegetables, plants, specialized grasses, and of course, pigs. It is obvious that Tim really loves his animals. He takes good care of them, is a good neighbor, and a good steward of the land. We greatly appreciate Tim hosting us, and know that the beautiful pink and green tones in his fieldstone have been well received. -Gerald J Croteau III, 6/25/14
