Located in Bolton, MA, Bolton Spring Farm is just a short ride from the city but still feels like old New England country farm. With rolling hills and stunning views of the surrounding towns, it is certainly one of the most scenic orchards in the area!

Howard Stephenson purchased the farm in 1938, and converted it from a dairy operation to an apple and fruit orchard. The landscape and climate proved to be perfect for this endeavor. The 150 acre farm now grows over 25 kinds of apples and a variety of other fruits and vegetables including peaches, corn and pumpkins.

The farm is open to the public July through December for apple and pumpkin picking. If you visit, stop in at their store, which is in a repurposed historic barn built in the late 1800’s. There you’ll find fresh produce, flowers, and gourmet baked goods. We recommend the cider spiced donuts – yum!
